I actually slept 7 whole hours last night. I didnapos;t even follow my usual pattern of waking every hour and looking at the clock when changing positions. As a matter of fact, I woke up in exactly the same spot as when I went to sleep. Iapos;m not sure I can remember the last time I did that without being on some sort of heavy duty pain meds or other chemical enhancement. My back is not perfect this morning but it is getting better all the time.
When I woke up it was down to the mid 60apos;s in the house, I was snuggled in comfortably and surrounded by demons piled in for warmth. I realized I had completely forgotten to take down the rubbish and recycle bins last night. I opened the back door to a beautiful, crisp, cool morning. The fresh fall air is rushing in and I feel like I am breathing for the first time after a long hibernation of existing on stale breath and stale emotions. I always come alive at this time of year. I sit here wrapped in a gypsy blanket treating myself to the decadence of Vietnamese style French roast coffee and in this moment I am happy.
My daily scope says "It may be fruitless to make too many plans today, for itapos;s likely that everything will change more than once. Instead of setting your day in stone by trying to follow a rigid schedule, allow yourself the flexibility to respond to each situation as it develops. Paradoxically, this can stabilize your day and increase your productivity, as your ruling planet Venus receives solid support from structured Saturn." I think that sounds like great advice. I am going to get started on my day, go with the flow and just let things happen as they should.
I am throwing my hands to the sky and letting the perfect day bloom.
